4. Order Tracking
Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can follow your packageβs progress via our website or directly through the carrierβs portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the system.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Velouroy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo at support@velouroy.com within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately for any items damaged during transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Velouroy is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier tracking status shows "Delivered." If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or contact the carrier immediately.
